The Process
Initial consultation: Understand client needs and review potential FirstOak solutions. Our interest is first with the client. If we can’t help you or add value, we will assist in finding a resource that can. FirstOak Hospitality Consulting has access to a wide network of businesses with specific expertise in a number of areas that can compliment and provide additional specialized resources for FirstOak clients.
Situation analysis: Business review and triage. This may require walk through inspections, discussions, review of documents and management interviews to identify the size and scope of the opportunity and potential root causes.
Proposal: A detailed proposal will be submitted with a list of services, performance milestones and deliverables at each stage from situation analysis to presentation of final results.
After care: If required, we offer implementation assistance with training, control systems and monitoring systems to insure results are achieved.
